 Welshpool Baptist Church, Chelsea Lane is a modern church where pews are but a memory!
We have excellent wheelchair access - no steps to negotiate.

The worship is led by guitar,
an electric piano, bass, violin, drums and an accordion,
although not all necessarily at the same time.
Both modern choruses and traditional hymns are a part of our worship and praise.

WBC has a kitchen and eating area upstairs, and a fully fitted kitchen area downstairs - ideal for our fellowship meals and youth eats!

Toilets are provided downstairs with wheelchair access.

Welshpool Baptist Church is located in the small market town of Welshpool.
We activity support the work of the Welshpool Churches Together which provides a central point for organising joint services, prayer times and local town mission.
We are keen to welcome all who love the Lord to fellowship with us at our Sunday services and join us in our midweek activities.
We have an active youth outreach programme, with two youth clubs held on a Friday evening, and an annual youth camp held at the beginning of the school summer holidays.
Our emphasis of Child safety cannot be over stressed.  All our youth leaders and workers have attended a course on the Child Protection act, and have been police checked.
